Our proprietary products MicroSlik (Boron Nitride) and MicroLube (PTFE) are REACH and RoHS-compliant solutions that solve numerous challenges for customers. MicroSlik is an electroless nickel deposit enhanced by the homogenous dispersion of hexagonal boron nitride particles that routinely refreshes the surface layer during use. MicroLube is also an electroless nickel composite plating solution that uses the hydrophobic properties of PTFE to solve common problems seen in high-friction applications.

First, MicroNite provides an aesthetically pleasing, non-reflective surface with 4–6% light emissivity while also offering electrical conductivity for specialty applications. Second, by layering a low-phosphorus black electroless nickel deposit over an initial high-phosphorus nickel layer, MicroNite significantly enhances corrosion resistance while maintaining excellent wear performance. With its uniform deposit thickness on complex geometries and reliable functional properties, MicroNite is an ideal plating solution for the aerospace, defense, medical, and electrical equipment industries.
